Several hours later from 4:40-6:00 pm (CET) the rest of the Nobel Prizes will be presented at Stockholm Concert House by King Carl Gustaf of Sweden. Present will be after three years the whole Swedish Royal family (minus Princess Estelle), Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Madeleine of Sweden.
You can watch both ceremonies through the official webpage of Nobel Prize. After the publication of the table of honor at the Nobel Banquet in Stockholm, it became clear that the ceremony in Stockholm will be also attended by Princess Christina, Mrs. Magnuson and her husband Tord Magnuson, Countess Marianne Bernadotte af Wisborg (wife of the late Count Sigvard Bernadotte af Wisborg, born Prince of Sweden) and Countess Bettina Bernadotte af Wisborg and her husband Philipp Haug (daughter of the late Count Lennart Bernadotte af Wisborg, born Prince of Sweden).
Last year before the Nobel Prize I did a little review of the dresses worn by Silvia, Victoria & Madeleine at the ceremony, this year I decided to take a little look at the tiaras.
Madeleine missed the ceremony
Silvia wore Leuchtenberg Sapphire Parure which came to SRF through Princess Josefina of Leuchtenberg, while Victoria wore one of her favorites the Baden Fringe Tiara which came to the SRF through her namesake Princess Victoria of Baden.
Victoria missed this year
Silvia wore the Nine Prong Tiara which was made for Queen Sofia of Sweden, while Madeleine wore the Modern Fringe Tiara which is not that long in possesion of SRF, it was a gift of King Carl Gustaf to Queen Silvia in 1986.
Silvia wore the Connaught Diamond Tiara which came to SRF through Princess Margaret of Connaught, Victoria wore Diamond Four Button Tiara which apparently has diamonds from the crown that was used at the corronation of first Bernadotte King Carl XIV Johan, Madeleine repeated the Modern Fringe Tiara.
Madeleine missed it
Silvia wore Leuchtenberg Sapphire Parure, while Victoria wore one of her other favorites, Napoleonic Cut Steel Tiara brought to SRF again by Princess Josefina of Leuchtenberg.
Silvia wore the Cameo Tiara which is considered the Bernadotte wedding tiara and we might see it on Madeleine next summer. Victoria wore the Baden Fringe Tiara and Madeleine wore the Modern Fringe Tiara, yes she has worn that one a lot.
Repeats and repeats, Silvia in Leuchtenberg Sapphire Parure, Victoria in Baden Fringe Tiara and Madeleine wore the Modern Fringe Tiara.
After 5 years, Silvia came back to Nine Prong Tiara, Victoria wore the Diamond Six Button Tiara, which is also belived to contain diamonds from the coronation crown of King Carl XIV Johan, Madeleine once again had the Modern Fringe Tiara.
Again after 5 years, Silvia wore the Connaught Diamond Tiara, Victoria came back to Baden Fringe Tiara and Madeleine wore the Modern Fringe Tiara.
Silvia wore the Nine Prong Tiara, and both Victoria & Madeleine went for the button tiaras, Victoria wearing the bigger Diamond Six Button Tiara and Madeleine the smaller Diamond Four Button Tiara.
Madeleine missed this one
After four years Silvia repeated the Leuchtenberg Sapphire Parure, while Victoria went for Napoleonic Cut Steel Tiara.
Madeleine missed this one
Last year Silvia went for the Nine Prong Tiara, while Victoria choose the Diamond Six Button Tiara.
So any tips of what tiaras we will see tommorow in Stockholm? I'd say Silvia in Connaught Diamond Tiara, Victoria back in Baden Fringe Tiara and Madeleine back in Modern Fringe Tiara. Or maybe we will get a surprise with the rumors of the Countess Estelle Bernadotte's tiara being back in the Swedish Royal Family.
